Do decals come as a single decal or a pair?
Each custom order includes a pair of matching decals. This gives you one for each side, or one extra in case you need a second try during installation.
What happens after I place my order?
After your paid order is received, your details are reviewed and a custom design proof is prepared. You will be able to review the proof before the decal pair is produced.
Do I get to approve the design first?
Yes. A proof is sent for approval before production, so you can review the design, check the details, and make sure everything looks right before the decals are made.
Can I request changes to the proof?
Yes. Your order includes a proof review before production. Minor adjustments can be requested before the decal is made.
How many revisions are included?
Each order includes one round of reasonable proof adjustments. Additional design changes or major redesign requests may require an extra fee.
What size will the decals be?
Available size options will be shown during the order process. If you need a special size, include that in your order notes.
What colors are available?
Available decal colors are shown in the order form. Choose the color that works best for your vehicle, boat, cooler, window, trailer, or other smooth surface.
Are the decals waterproof or outdoor-rated?
Yes. The decals are intended for outdoor use on clean, smooth surfaces. Proper surface preparation and application help improve durability.
Where can I put the decals?
These decals are great for vehicles, boats, windows, trailers, and other clean, smooth surfaces.
What if I make a mistake installing one?
Because decals are customer-installed, each order includes two matching decals. If the first application does not go perfectly, you still have a second decal available.
Can I order more than one pair?
Yes. You can request additional matching decals or extra pairs when placing your order. Additional copies may be available at a lower cost once the custom design has been created.
Can I reorder the same decal later?
Yes. Once your custom design is created, you can request a reorder later without starting from scratch.
Can I cancel after I pay?
Because each order includes custom design work, cancellations may not be available once design work has started. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
